Teaching children about Jesus has been a passion of Central since its beginning. Experienced and qualified teachers serve at every level to help our children learn about Christ. Weekly activities include Sunday School, AWANAs, RAs and GAs. Summer is a fun time, too, highlighted by Vacation Bible School and Wacky Wednesdays.
Each Monday and Wednesday during the school year, Central Christian Preschool allows parents of children 12 months to 4 years their own ‘time out’ for personal needs – whether for quiet time and Bible study or running errands, taking care of shopping and doctor appointments. Parent can be assured their preschoolers are cared for in a safe, Christian environment. Wee Learn, an age-graded curriculum, is used to identify children’s gifts, teach vocabulary, incorporate Bible stories and help children develop a sense of community and faith. Relationships between children and teachers help lay a foundation in which children begin to sense God’s love in the world around them.
Goals for our Childhood Education Ministry include helping children experience God and gain language skills for that experience, to love stories taught in the Bible, to be confident in God’s unconditional love, to know Jesus as Savior and friend, to experience love in a community of faith, to grow in understanding God’s call to live in just and righteous ways, and to join God in serving others.

 Girls in Actions® (GA®) is a missions organization for girls ages 6 – 11, or in grades 1 – 6. GA’s help girls begin to develop spiritually toward a missions lifestyle as they learn what God is doing in the world and to discover their place in God’s plan.
 Royal Ambassadors® (RA®) is a Bible-centered, mission education organization for boys ages 6-11, or in grades 1 - 6 who are committed to living the RA® pledge: "As a Royal Ambassador I will do my best: to become a well-informed follower of Christ; to have a Christ-like concern for all people; to learn how to carry the message of Christ around the world; and to keep myself clean and healthy in mind and body."
 Mission Friends® is a church missions organization for preschoolers ages 3 - 5. The primary objective is to provide developmentally appropriate missions learning experiences to help preschoolers move from a self-centered focus to a focus on others. It helps them to become aware that not everyone knows about God’s love, and to understand ways they can help others know about this good news!
Matthew 28:19 says…..Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
