What do we believe? 

The one, true, living God is creator and sustainer of all things, and exists eternally as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ is the fully human and fully divine Son of God.
Jesus was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died to atone for sin and reconcile humanity with God and with one another.  Christ rose from the grave, ascended into heaven, will return to earth, will judge the world, and will establish his kingdom, fulfilling the promises made by God through the prophets.

Humanity is broken by sin, but salvation is available only through faith in Jesus Christ.
Because of sin, we are alienated from God and from other people, and as sinful beings we face judgment and eternal punishment in hell.  However, redemption, reconciliation, salvation, and eternal life with God are available as a gracious gift from God that cannot be earned, but is granted only through repentance before God and faith in Jesus Christ. 

The church is the community of redeemed people.
As a worshiping community we are transformed and empowered by the work of the Holy Spirit.  Our mission is to share the good news of Jesus Christ, demonstrating love for God and love for people.

The Bible is the true Word of God.
The Bible is God's written self-revelation to humanity, was communicated without error through divinely-inspired human beings, and is the church's sole written authority for faith and practice.

Believers are instructed to observe the ordinances of baptism and the Lord's Supper.
Both ordinances are living symbols of our Christian faith, acts of obedience, and means to proclaim the gospel.
